Dr. Ghaderi is an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified Plastic Surgeon and inventor of the Vacuum Lift Technology (TM) Platform. He created the VLT Platform after experiencing first hand the frustration and lack of automated soft tissue retraction options for surgeons practicing robotic procedures. He has been in practice for 20 years and is the owner of St. Charles Plastic Surgery near Chicago, Illinois. He holds an MD from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, completed a fellowship in plastic surgery and residency in general surgery at Loyola University Medical Center
in Chicago and holds a BA in Economics/Business
from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Dr. Luhovy is a medical doctor and biomedical engineer with extensive experience in the medical device industry, formerly working with Abbott Laboratories (St. Jude Medical), Draeger and Johnson & Johnson. He is the Founder & Principal of BioEnginuity, a strategic healthcare & biotech consulting firm focused on growing early-stage digital health and medtech companies. He holds an MD from the University of Queensland, and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He completed the Premedical Program at Harvard University Extension School while becoming a certified PMP project manager and Six Sigma Black Belt.
